This land is currently labeled agricultural and we were told by the city the only reason it is not residential is because no one applied for the permit. Most people who are interested in purchasing this land are looking for personal use anyway (hobby farming, getaway, hunting, etc).

The land for sale is outlined in pink on a sheet of paper I am holding up. There is a community beach near by that is exclusive for the residents of this area. Buying this land grants you access to this beach. However, were told at the city that the land for sale says "beach ownership" on it, so we are led to believe that this land actually has its own beach.

I have included a picture of the neighbor's house, not because it is for sale, but just proof to show hydro is in the area. Another photo I took is the view out the back of the land (from the highway). This land overlooks lowlands, so it has a nice view.

If you look at the screenshot I took from Google Earth, the orange line I drew is a slope down a mountain. The property for sale is before the orange line. So if you were to build a house on the back of the property, you would have a view from atop a mountain. The yellow line is the neighbor's house. So when I took the photos, I was standing where the yellow line and light blue line meet. The dark blue is city road, and the light blue is a private road.

We know someone owned this whole project and had intentions of finishing the road from the city road all the way around and before being able to complete the best properties (the ones that would have the view), they stopped and sold the land to our client. Our client had intentions of finishing this project, but never got around to it and now wants to dissolve his company. We are pretty sure this land was supposed to connect to the existing project because someone started to build a road, as you can see on the Google Earth image after the light blue line, but when you go there in real life, the road was never completed.
