The lodge is well constructed with concrete buildings as well as a mix of local materials and macuti roofs (palm tree leaves) for the aesthetic look of a tropical island lodge. It is a well maintained established and running establishment, ready to take over.
The lodge is composed of:
Manager’s house with two rooms, lounge, kitchen, office, bathroom, terrace.
Staff quarters.
5 bungalows with double beds and bathroom.
1 family bungalow with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
1 backakers’ unit with 5 rooms and a common bathroom which can also be used for the staff.
1 restaurant hut with kitchen and bar.
1 barbecue place.
3 store rooms one of which is 80 m2.
1 small swimming pool with sun deck.
2 water tanks.
1 generator room.
3 sheltered beach front terraces.

The lodge is ready for use and coming with:
4x4 Pajero.
2 “banana” fiberglass boats equipped with outboard engines.
2 generators.
All furniture necessary for running the place including cupboards, beds, etc.
All dishes for the restaurant.
Fridges and freezers
Water pump.
Desalination unit.
Full diving equipment for a dive center including an air compressor.
Snorkelling and nautical sports’ equipment.
