Because of its circular shape, furnishing the villa required special attention: a local carpenter crafted a bed made of fragrant cedar in the middle of the master bedroom.



The workmanship of this expert carpenter can be admired in both bedrooms with en-suite walk-in closets, two spacious bathrooms and in the study (which could be used as an extra bedroom).

The bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom it is minimalistic, but also feels cozy due to the warm colored tiles imported from Spain.



The modern open kitchen was custom-made locally and the circular theme is continued here in the curved countertops. The kitchen is equipped with a Boretti dishwasher, three Smeg domino gas hobs and one Smeg Domino Grill hob, a Bosch multi combi oven and a Bosch steam oven, a General Electric double fridge with Ice & Water and a Damixa shower tap

The kitchen has a dumbwaiter elevator so that groceries can be transferred directly from the car to the kitchen.



The villa is constructed with 8 electric roller shutters in top of the ceiling so that a nice breeze blows through it all day long. These roller shutters are controlled by sensor so in case of rain they shut down them self.



And to protect the living terraces from heavy rains, hurricane-proof electric roller shutters from EUROLL B.V. were installed. These shutters are transparent, so that there’s always an amazing view.



When the shutters are open, indoors and outdoors become one. Because the villa is surrounded by a terrace, it is possible to walk around the entire house.



All entrances and exits open onto the terrace. In the back of the house, the terrace is connected to a wooden footbridge that passes over a jagged cliff with numerous cacti and native plants. At the end of the walkway there is a romantic picnic area, located on a concrete platform covered with coral rocks, providing a breathtaking view of the Jan Kok salt ponds.
