Die Ferienwohnungen liegen in einer geschützten ruhigen Sackgasse ohne Verkehrsbelästigung und mit viel Parkmöglichkeiten zwischen den Weindörfern Mußbach und Gimmeldingen, nahe der Weinberge, schöner Blick auf Haardtrand und Rheinebene. Die Weinberge beginnen 50 m vor dem Haus. In 5 Min. Fußweg sind Sie sowohl im beheizten Schwimmbad, wie auch am Bahnhof Mußbach (Neustadt - Bad Dürkheim) und bis zum Campus gehen Sie 15 bis 20 Min.. Urgemütliche Weinstuben und Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe. ENGLISH VERSION: Welcome to our residential complex with 2 holiday apartments. Both apartments are located in the basement and comprise 2 rooms each - living and sleeping area (2 single beds). They are comfortably furnished with a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, a pull-out couch set, wardrobe, shower-WC, SAT-TV, WLAN and garden with arbour. Apartment cleaning can be arranged on request. The holiday apartments are located in a sheltered, quiet cul-de-sac without traffic nuisance and with plenty of parking space between the wine villages of Mußbach and Gimmeldingen, close to the vineyards, with a beautiful view of the Haardtrand and Rhine valley. The vineyards start 50 m from the house. In 5 min. walking distance you are in the heated swimming pool as well as at the train station Mußbach (Neustadt - Bad Dürkheim) and to the campus you walk 15 to 20 min. Cosy wine taverns and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
