Villa La Quercia - Lake Garda

Overlooking Lake Garda from a dominant position, Villa La Quercia is entirely built in Venetian patrician style. The villa is located on a plot of about 2000 sq.m. and has a living area of approximately 700 sq.m.



Villa La Quercia is situated in the town named Soiano del Lago, at the South-West coast of Lake Garda, between Desenzano and Salo. Within 130 km to the east you can visit the gorgeous city of Venice with its canals, and to the west the metropolis Milan with its world re-known elegant shopping area.



A 100 km to the north you will find the Dolomites' ski slopes. Amongst others the ski resort Madonna di Campiglio.



Ground Floor

The first impression you will undergo when entering the forged iron gate, is the majestic image of the Villa, built against a towering hill. The fence of the Villa is built using natural stone and the courtyard is paved with river pebbles. The 79 steps leading from the ground floor through the botanic garden to the front door are made of Botticino-marble.



Of course you can find your way to the sixteen meters higher top-floor by using the elevator at the end of an in-house corridor. Left and right in the corridor you will find the pedestrian accesses to a spacious garage for up to 3 cars and 3 very generous storage areas, one of which is fully furnished as a wine cellar. The entire area is guarded by radars and video cameras. All the outside latches and hinges bear alarm sensors and all indoor spaces are equipped with infrared beams. The entire garden and Villa is well-lighted by lamps strategically placed.



First Floor

The first floor where the main entrance and the spacious lobby are situated, splits up in 2 wings. The 'relax' wing is characterized by a heated indoor swimming pool with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, holding a sauna and a bathroom. The whole space is paved by mosaic-tiles and all the walls and the ceilings are decorated in Stucco Veneziano. The guests wing contains 2 large bedrooms, both with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. On this floor you will find also the laundry and the technical equipment room. In addition to that, all floors are equipped with floor heating, air conditioning and central vacuum cleaning.



Second Floor

The second floor, also known as the master floor, is connected by means of a broad marble staircase to the first floor, and undoubtedly the meta-floor of Villa La Quercia. From this floor you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda at its best. This applies to the spacious dining room, the cozy terrace, the rich wooden library, the living room and the master bedroom with its large balcony. The whole will enchant you with its restful luxury. The walls are plastered with Stucco Veneziano. The floors are laid with marble from Vicenza. Master bedroom, study and library are laid in cherry wood parquet. The first thing that catches your eyes when exiting the elevator is the phenomenal care for details.



On the master floor you will also find a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious guest toilet with bidet and double sinks, a large study and the master bedroom with a dressing area/walk-in closet. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a bathroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and double sinks. All tiles are in beautiful Vicenza marble.
