Old country house with plot of land and nice views situated in the

outskirts of a village 15 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has

two floors as well as big attic space which can be converted into

living area. The place is very solid but needs certain amount of work

as it had been empty for almost two decades. All levels of the

building are connected via solid internal staircase. The ground floor

has corridor and three rooms. Over the stairs you can go to the second

level where short corridor, three more rooms and balcony are situated.

The staircase ends at the attic floor which is very big and spacious.

The space here can be rearranged into one very big room, several

smaller storage premises, bedroom and office, etc. The building

provides nice panoramic views towards the nearby fields, a small lake

located not far away and towards the rest of the village. The plot of

land borders a dirt road, an abandoned neighboring property and the

open fields. There was also an old annex situated next to the house

but it is in very bad condition and needs to be removed. One can use

the footprint of this old structure and replace it with a new annex,

garage, barn, workshop, etc. The property offers a quiet location

station and train station with good direct links to the national

capital city Sofia. Vratsa also has several interesting tourist sites

in and around the city such as big lake, monastery, ski track, cave

and nature park up in the mountain, many historical sites and

landmarks, etc. All of this is between 15 and 30 minutes away from the

house depending on the place you choose to visit and what is the

traffic on the road. Sofia and Sofia International Airport are less

than two hours away. An old house with nice views and lots of
