The property comprises a substantial vacant lot measuring just under 1 acre of land located on the eastern fringes of the Clover Crescent residential development with an extensive road frontage along Highway 2A.
The site has an irregular configuration and the topography is generally flat with a gently sloping gradient below the road verge.
At the time of our inspection the norther portion of the land that abuts the Redman Village gas Station, a portion of highway 2A and lot 28 Clover Crescent was well maintained and landscaped with lawn. The remainder of the site towards the southern boundary was covered with a mix of indigenous trees, heavy brush and grass.
Vehicular access to the site is from a Cul De Sac within the Clover Crescent development and by from highway 2A by pedestrian access only.
