A new drilled well has been added with an abundance of water. A complete pressurized irrigation system has been installed. A beautiful river also runs through the property. Lemoncita live fence, 350 cocobolo seedlings, and approximately 500 other fruit trees, including papaya, star fruit, Jack fruit, Red sapote, and Dragon fruit. Coconut, mango, orange and tangerine, soursop, guavas, apple, yuplon, banana, plantain, and passion fruit. There is also a Ginger and turmeric garden.
The measurements are Casita 5mx5m, Bodega 6mx5m, and the Enclosed structure, which includes the rancho, 35mx7m, of which the rancho is 7mx7m.
