Purpose of the buildings:
hotel buildings. The detailed plan of Jurmala allows the development of a resort, guest accommodation, cultural and entertainment facilities, catering establishments, a conference center, as well as buildings and structures for sports and recreational equipment rental.
Condition of the buildings:
the main building (cadastral number 13000191101001) is in good condition. The other two buildings, in my opinion, should be demolished and rebuilt due to poor layout and condition.
