3 bedroom villa very well located by the sea, 30 m from the walkway that gives direct access to Praia da Alagoa Altura without the need for a car and 200 m from the tennis and leisure court. This villa includes 3 bedrooms (one suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds plus two single beds) and 1 common bathroom and on the ground floor a living and dining room, a kitchen and 1 bathroom. Guests can enjoy the garden and a space to dine outside with barbecue and barbecues, outdoor shower, 2 parking spaces. This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday.
This villa, despite having a closed garage, is not available for guest use. Parking spaces are uncovered in the garden of the villa.
Equipment
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for meals.
This villa provides towels and bed linen.

Cleaning fee (mandatory) - 250 per stay

Security deposit
We request the payment of 800 security deposit, this amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before Check-In and will be returned by the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to guests. At Check-In you will be asked and it will be essential to deliver proof of transfer of the security deposit. Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization, in which the absence of this may imply the cancellation of the reservation.
A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if it is in force.
