Security Deposit
We request a deposit in the amount of 400, this amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before Check-In and will be returned until the 7th day after Check-Out, if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to guests. At Check-In you will be requested and it will be essential to deliver proof of transfer of the deposit.
Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization.
Without prior authorization, the reservation may be canceled.
A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if it is in force.
