This unique property is located in the picturesque Los Ríos region in southern Chile, close to the village of Malalhue and only 20 km from the town of Panguipulli. The area is characterized by a spectacular landscape, characterized by the majestic Andes, crystal clear lakes, rivers and the proximity to the Pacific coast. The “Ruta de los 7 Lagos” (Route of the Seven Lakes) is considered one of the most beautiful landscapes in Latin America. In the surrounding area you will find the Huilo Huilo Nature Reserve and the Mocho-Choshuenco National Reserve, both known for their impressive volcanoes, thermal springs, beaches, ski resorts and hiking trails.
The village of Malalhue offers basic services such as a school, pharmacy, supermarket and health service. Further infrastructure, including universities, clinics and cultural facilities, can be found in the nearby towns of Valdivia and Temuco (90 minutes' drive).
