This project involves the acquisition of an existing company (d.o.o.) with a fully approved photovoltaic project. The plant is located on a 12,000 m² plot that can be leased for €400/month, with an option to purchase or expand the plant.
The project offers the possibility to further develop the photovoltaic system according to individual ideas and is extremely attractive due to a guaranteed annual energy production of approx. 1,250,000 kWh.
