Our house is a beautiful old brick house, built in 1900. We have a beautiful large garden with fruit trees. In our village there is a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher's shop, two hairdressers and a flower store. The streetcar is a ten-minute walk away and takes you to the lively district of Cologne-Sülz within ten minutes. There are Cafés, restaurants, boutiques, drugstores, organic food stores etc... The house has a first floor and two further floors. My family and I would like to go abroad for 1-3 months, so we are renting out our house. The house is very cozy, clean and fully equipped.
