You can live wonderfully in this small but spacious and well-divided 1.5 room apartment! The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Unionviertel not far from the Heinrichstraße subway station (3 minutes on foot). But you can also walk to the Dortmunder U in just 15 minutes and thus in the middle of the city center. All shops for daily needs are of course in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette with all the electrical appliances your heart desires. The kitchen acts as a kind of eat-in kitchen in which you can also spend time with friends. A large double bed, a couch and a desk can be found in the spacious living room / bedroom. There is also a large 50 "LED TV with smart functions. Internet connection is of course available at 50MBit / s. The washing machine is in the very neat and clean laundry room. This is of course used alone.
