Cockade House was originally built in the eighteenth century as a sugar plantation home set in 5.5 acres and was part of Bennetts Plantation. In 1971, it was later redesigned and transformed by the renowned English theatre designer, Oliver Messel. With Oliver Messel’s reputation and tasteful decoration, Cockade House is now one of the most exclusive properties on the island.
