ZADAR, NIN - apartment house by the beach
We are selling a house located on a fenced garden by the beach. The house was built in 1968 and renovated in 2013. It is located in a tourist resort that is part of the town of Nin. From the house to the old town of Nina is a 10-minute easy walk by the sea. The house is divided into four apartments. On the ground floor there are two one-bedroom apartments (simply converting into a large two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, for eight people). Upstairs are two smaller apartments designed to accommodate 4 people. The apartments have the same level of equipment. All have one or two bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen, dining room and bathroom with shower and toilet. In the yard there is an outdoor shower, sunbathing area and barbecue area with a large fireplace. There is also a parking space in the yard. If we talk about vehicles, we also offer a private berth for boats, which is located near the property. This tourist resort has one of the few natural sandy beaches in Croatia. Two hundred meters from the house is a beautiful sandy peninsula and it stretches over one kilometer, encircling almost the entire town of Nin. Near the peninsula is the famous Nin mud, which has healing properties. Its benefits and help in treating rheumatic problems are especially known.
