Les Loges Blanches is a luxury residence in Les 2 Alpes, composed of 52 mostly South or South-East facing, one to four bedroom apartments, spread over 5 Chalets up to 7 floors each, with wonderful views of the valley below. The first is to sign a rental mandate with Avecoeur who provide quasi hotel services and concierge for short term bookings where you retain complete control over when you rent it out and when you use it. Or alternatively you can sign a 20 year commercial lease with the onsite management company Odalys and receive a fixed rental amount each year with personal use options. If you sign either rental contract you will benefit from receiving back all the VAT included in your purchase price (20%) but also of course the rental income received less the commission.
