The Gehlsdorf site has a Vestas V52 with a rated output of 850 kW and a hub height of 86 m. It was commissioned in 2003. The average annual yield over the last five years is 1,220,000 kWh.
The lease is €5,900 per year. A continued operation report has been prepared and ensures operation until at least 2034. Marketing is currently via the spot market.
