On one of our favourite and most central street Rocky Pretty Patio is a good sized home for sale.
In need of some renovation in certain areas but could be made lovely .
The entrance hall is wide and has the typical double door features of many houses here . You enter in to a central area off which you have well proportioned lounge room, kitchen diner a large utility room which once was the kitchen ,double doors lead out to a wonderful leafy cool patio with the whitewashed natural rock making a stunning statement feature.
Upstairs you have 2 large double rooms , the largest of which has balcony doors over the street,the other to the rear above which the roof is need of a good repair or replacement , there is a smaller internal double as well , but even that fits two single beds comfortably. The family bathroom although a little dated is clean and simple.
The final flight of stairs leads to an attic space with sloping wooden beamed ceilings with access to the roof terrace, which gives you snapshot views over the rooftops to the hills beyond. There is some scope to add terracing to the rear too especially now as the back roof has deteriorated and either needs through repairs or better still removing , it would not take much to make this family home fabulous.
