Our flat is located in Clichy, 5 min away from Paris (Metro, bus or bike) It is in a quiet and green neighborhood, many shops and nice restaurants around There is a big terrace and garden, which is surrounded by trees and tastefully furnished There are 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed (sofitel mattress) and one for a kid with a single bed, in the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed There are 2 bathroom, one with a bathtub and one with shower The flat is new and everything works well, it is very efficient, warm in winter and fresh in summer with the garden exposed south / est It is well equiped and with lots of storage There are lots of parking spaces outside the house, easy to park
