The space
This is a 2 BR rustic cabin. Each bedroom is separated with a sliding door between (both have AC). One bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (1 full and 3 singles); the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The queen bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. This is ideal for families, but not suited for many adults - this is not a party pad. It is a very tranquil neighborhood. The kitchen and sitting areas are outdoor spaces on the covered porch. There is ample outside space and seating. Use of the pool, lounge chairs, and hammocks included. In addition, there is a full outside bathroom (toilet, sink, private shower and an outdoor shower, The lot is private and beautifully landscaped. It is very secure and safe with a fenced yard and a locked entrance gate.
Within walking distance of the river and a small typical soda/restaurant and a small store, just 10 minute drive to gas station/ATM/restaurants in Estrada, 15 minutes drive to Playa Carrillo, 25 minutes to Playa Samara,! OR just rejuvenate your soul while inhaling the pura vida lifestyle, relaxing in the hammocks or lazing in the pool, serenaded by the sounds of the exotic birds and howler monkeys. Please note that the 2 bedrooms are connected by an interior sliding door, and access to the interior bathroom is through the queen bedroom (there is an additional full outside bathroom by the pool).
