You have before you a set of basically 2 things:

It is considered that the equivalent work of 1.5 people is required. Sales of 70% to Mercabilbao, the rest to individuals.
- On the other hand, a plot of land that, although it is in a single deed, is divided into 2 areas, one of them that of the greenhouse, of about 4800 m2, and another, a few meters away, of around 18,000 m2, on a slight slope, with spectacular views of the Txoriherri valley. This land has a couple of points where water could be extracted if part of it was to be used for agricultural exploitation. Recently, some olive trees have been planted. It also has very good possibilities to obtain energy with photovoltaic panels.
