We are looking for a family for our beautiful house in Ratingen. We are abroad for a longer period and rent out cozy homes for a fixed rental period of 3-5 years. Our house is centrally located, kindergarten and primary school can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The bus for the secondary schools in the direction of Ratingen, Essen or Heiligenhaus leaves almost in front of the front door. The airport is a 15-minute drive away, Düsseldorf and Essen are 25 minutes away, and the train connection goes in both directions every 20 minutes.
