The entrance to the house is shared with the other half of the house. The hallway of the residential unit is connected to the hallway. From there you can access the smaller bathroom, the stairwell and the living-dining area with open kitchen. Behind the kitchen there is a storage room where the washing machine and drying rack are also easily accessible. The kitchen has a patio door to the side garden side with a table group, while from the living area a double door leads over a small balcony into the garden with terrace.
