Old country house with plot of land situated in a big village near

river 60 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house had been empty for

nearly a decade now and requires a good cleanup and some repairs. The

property is located on the main road of the village about 10 minutes

away by foot from the center, pharmacy, café-bar, grocery store, gas

station. The house has two floors and attic level. They are all

connected via solid external staircase. The ground floor consists of
