The house is designed to accommodate up to twelve people, but can be easily extended if required, to accommodate eighteen to twenty by decorating another room. In the cantina, 18 people can dine around a 4.20 m long oak table. There is a wine cellar, out door kitchen and out door stone and iron furniture. There is also a winter garden. There are two open fireplaces.
Two of the terraces are roof covered and enjoy 270 degrees panoramic views of Aulla, La Spezia, the Apennines and the Apuane (Majestetic Carrara Mountains) and to the sea and Portovenere.
