The comfortably furnished apartment is located within walking distance of Lake Kemnander See in Bochum and is the perfect place to unwind thanks to its quiet location next to the adjacent wooded area. The light-flooded 70 sqm apartment is located on the first floor, has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a relaxing double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the spacious living room. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering: induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The walk-in shower in the bathroom is another highlight of our beloved apartment.
The beautiful cycling and hiking trails of the Ruhr region are right on the doorstep, Lake Kemnader and Blankenstein Castle are just a 15-minute walk away and the railroad line is not far away either. The historic old town of Hattingen is always worth a visit.
The apartment has very good transport links to the A43, A2 and A40.
