- 65 fully owned one- and two-bedroom apartments (all completed and ready for occupancy) integrated into the 'Viceroy at Ombria' hotel.
- Fully furnished and equipped (including operational supplies) to Viceroy Hotels & Resorts' 5-star standards
- You can use your apartment for up to 70 days per year, with a maximum of 14 days in high season (July and August), a maximum of 21 days in the middle season (April, May, June, September, October), and no restriction on days in low season.
When you use your apartment, you have privileged access to all of the hotel's services and facilities including a dedicated concierge service, multiple pools, 5 restaurants bars, a fitness center, a kids' club, a spa, and many curated experiences.
When you are not using it, your apartment will be available to rent to guests under Viceroy's management on a rental pool system, which ensures a refined and fully supported residential ownership experience, as well as a possible rental income for you.
As the Viceroy Residence owner, you and your family will also have access to Viceroy Hotels' DISCOVERY loyalty program, as well as personal benefits and discounts at the Ombria golf course, the Ombria hotel Viceroy and other Viceroy hotels.
Please note: the Viceroy Residences are not fractional ownership. They are wholly owned properties, integrated into the Viceroy hotel, and rentals are operated by Viceroy under a managed rental program. Owners can enjoy personal use for up to 70 days a year, while generating rental income for the rest of the time.
