Our modern house was built in 2017. We look forward to welcoming you here. The ‘Purpur Lounge’ impresses with white beds and a spacious area of 17 square metres. Here you can make yourself really cosy and unwind. If you long for a quiet oasis, you will love the ‘Blue Oasis’ room with a bed and sofa. You can relax wonderfully on 12 square metres. In the ‘Green Residence’, two rustic wooden beds await you on 15.5 square metres. The room exudes a natural cosiness that will immediately make your arrival easier. If the bathroom is occupied, there is another toilet in the garage next door. A small kitchen awaits you in the hallway - ideal for coffee lovers and quick snacks. Please note that the kitchen has no water source and is not suitable for cooking. A microwave and coffee machine are ready for you. There is also a modern fridge with freezer compartment. Ice and drinks are available for you. For a digital time-out, we offer WiFi and you can connect to the internet conveniently via cable. The entrance via the balcony allows you to act independently. Your room can be locked. The underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. So that you can fully enjoy your stay, we have prepared a few extras for you: - You can hire bikes for a fee and explore the area. - Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. - A lockable garage is available for motorbikes and e-bikes. - Charging facilities for e-bikes are also available. - You are welcome to use a washing machine. - We have also thought of the little ones: a baby cot with nappy-changing facilities is available. - Independent check-in makes your arrival flexible. - Board games provide entertainment. - Good parking facilities ensure convenience. The surroundings offer even more: - Our garden with various seating options invites you to linger. - Sunshades provide pleasant shade. - The spacious balcony with wind protection is perfect for relaxing hours. - On our farm you will find horses in a beautiful open stable. - Next door is the Fraunholz riding centre, where you can ride for a fee. - A quiet location and a large forest are just a few minutes' walk away. - Dinkelsbühl, the ‘most beautiful old town in Germany’ (Focus), is only 3km away. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the building or on the balcony.
