There is a spacious bathroom with a shower upstairs and a slightly smaller one with a bathtub in the basement. We have set up a separate study/reading room where you can be undisturbed (Internet: 100 MBit/s). The house is equipped with everything a person needs to feel completely at home. Parking for 1 car is directly at the house. A charging station for electric cars (11 kW, type 2 plug connection) is available (the energy costs are billed separately). We offer you an old school DVD collection, Netflix and books for rainy days, as well as an extensive games collection. You can observe nature in the small garden (approx. 80 square meters including parking space). You can reach the North Sea on foot in 15-20 minutes. The property is in a rural location. Our garden borders directly on the country road that connects Eckwarden with Eckwarderhörne. There is a farm in the immediate vicinity. When you book with us, you are looking for seclusion, paying attention to the environment and using resources carefully. We attach great importance to environmental protection and sustainability. In summer we turn off the heating. We pay attention to waste separation and provide appropriate containers.
