Located in a quiet, residential area, the expansive grounds are enclosed with a driveway lined with Casuarina trees and access to the beach below through steps in the cliff.
The Villa at Beachy Head is extremely spacious and airy, with thick coral stone walls and high ceilings; double doors throughout the living and dining areas open up the villa to the cooling breeze of the trade winds. The living room opens out to the lawn and a deck on the cliff edge with stunning views over the ocean and beach below; the main dining area is at the centre of the Villa and opens out to a portico on one side and the gardens & ocean views on the other.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people across 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and features an oversized master suite; 3 bedroom suites are located on the eastern side of the villa, and there is another bedroom suite next to the kitchen area. The kitchen is large, fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar with stools as well as giving access to the laundry room. Outside the kitchen is more casual dining space ideal for breakfast and lunch.
The Cottage at Beachy Head is comfortable and cozy, accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has a well-equipped kitchen; the open plan living/dining area opens out to a covered terrace with loungers and a view over the sea along with a roof deck with stunning ocean views – the perfect place to have a cocktail and watch the stars at night.
