There are 2 large rooms currently used as a cellar plus 2 additional rooms.

3 bedrooms, plus a large kitchen with fireplace. Outside the kitchen, under a porch, there is the old wood fired bread oven.
Attic
Reached by a trap door, the attic is quite high and could easily be transformed into accommodation.
The whole house is to be restored and it still retains all the architectural elements typical of the farmhouses in the area (ceiling beams, stone walls, terracotta floor tiles, lintels and thresholds for doors and windows in stone.)

The property is located about 3 km from the village of Caprese Michelangelo. Nearby there are many interesting sites to visit, both natural, historical and artistic:
Caprese Michelangelo, a medieval village, is the birthplace of Michelangelo Buonarroti while Anghiari and Citerna are perfectly preserved medieval villages.
Sansepolcro, is the birthplace of Piero della Francesca and still retains some of his paintings. Monterchi, a medieval village which houses the famous Madonna del Parto by Piero Della Francesca. Chiusi Della Verna, home to the famous Franciscan monastery which houses a wealth of art. The Casentino Forest with beautiful paths.
Gea, a wonderful hiking trail that crosses the Apennines and passes by Caprese Michelangelo. Montedoglio, a beautiful lake on the river Tiber. Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Florence and the Adriatic Sea are an hour away while Siena is 30 minutes.
