The house is located in Terricciola, a small village on a hill 20 km from Volterra (a famous and beautiful Etruscan Town), 30km from Pisa (the nearest airport) and 40km from Lucca. Terricciola is famous for the good wine and its many festivals. There are several annual festivals throught the year: the Chocolate Festival in April, the Strawberry Festival in May and The Wine Festival in September. One of the most beautiful features of Terricciola is the panoramic view of the famous rolling green hills of Tuscany.
