This project foresees the construction of a building for Rural Hotel of 3 Stars, with a total built area of 1,880 m2, based on land with a total area of 70,620 m2.
Excellent location near the Odeleite Dam where a river beach is built. 11 miles from the coast. Great hits. Located on the N122 just off the IC27, which allows easy and quick access to Odeleite, Alcoutim, Spain and the south coast.
It is distributed in two zones with horizontal accesses and circulation paths. Composed of 27 rooms, complete sanitary facilities and balcony, with capacity for 54 fixed beds in total, and 3 of these rooms are adapted for disabled people.
The common area consists of the lobby, reception and cloakroom, living area, games room, a dining room with capacity for 50 seats, a set of general sanitary facilities adapted for disabled users.
The complementary areas consist of SPA, consisting of swimming pool with jacuzzi, gym, Turkish bath and sauna. There are also two outdoor swimming pools.
Activities are intended to place a children's playground, bicycles for rent, a tennis court, the creation of a maintenance circuit throughout the area where the development is included and the creation of a recreational lake.
