The house was built in the 1920s in a representative style and is characterized by its solid construction, which makes houses of this period particularly desirable.
In the early 1950s, the house was partially rebuilt.
The "upper class" of the building was emphasized by a thorough renovation/modernization carried out around 2002.
The external areas were completely redesigned:
• Painting of plastered surfaces in a fine sand tone.

• The prestigious character is also maintained on the staircase: smooth plaster walls, elegant paint, stylish wall lights and a textile runner with chrome handrails.
• The entrance doors of the apartments were painted light grey and equipped with new stainless steel/nickel fittings.
