This fully furnished apartment is waiting for you to bring your suitcases and move right in. In June 2020 we also added a writing desk, which we couldn't take pictures of, since the apartment is rented at the moment. To make living in Vienna for you as easy as possible, we offer an all-inclusive rent including all costs (hot water, electricity, waste disposal, Internet, fees, furniture, towels, VAT, operating costs, bed linen, and cleaning equipment, as well as gas for heating). The rental contract is limited to a max period of 6 months. Supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, and small shops lie at the doorstep to cover your daily needs. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the city train station Hernals, and also the tram lines 43, 9 and the underground line U6 can be reached in a few minutes. Local recreational areas such as the Wienerwald, the Lidlpark, and the Kongresspark are situated in direct proximity. Likewise, the city center is just a short ride away down the Hernalser Hauptstraße.
