- Altona Altstadt, 2 min walking distance from Sbahn station Holstenstrasse - centrally located, 2 min walk away from Sbahn, several bus lines, lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance - very quiet. Lots of sunlight. ~65m² lower floor + 2 smaller areas of ~ 10m2 each at second level (for sleeping and working). - loft-alike flat. up to 4,30 m high ceiling - the flat is situated at the top floor (5th). No elevator - Building built in Hamburger traditional red bricks in the 1950's.
