The stop of the city bus is located a few steps away. There is a good transport connection to the A73 as well as to all feeder roads. FACILITIES: A refurbished old town house for sole use on 2 floors with approx. 47 sqm living space + outdoor seating in the courtyard awaits you. On the courtyard level first floor there is a checkroom separated from the living room. The adjoining open living/dining area with living area, TV and new, high-quality and fully equipped kitchenette invites you to linger. On the upper floor is the newly renovated bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. Also on the upper floor is the bedroom with large double bed (180x200).
