We are renting out an office space with an area of 32m2, located in Split, in the neighbourhood Trstenik, on the first floor of a commercial building.

The server room is equipped with fibre-optic connections from Optima Telekom, A1, HT, and B.net, so the tenant only needs to choose one of these providers.
This office is actually part of a larger office space with an area of 58m2, which is divided by a partition wall into two smaller units that can be rented as independent units or together. In the case of renting them together, i.e., renting the entire 58m2 office space, the monthly rent is €1,900 + VAT.
The tenant has the option to rent parking spaces, at a monthly rental price of €140 + VAT per parking space.
The rental price for the office space does not include VAT.
