The property we propose is located in Porto San Paolo, a seaside village located between San Teodoro and Olbia. Country in continuous growth thanks to the services on site, first of all the marina, main gateway to the island of Tavolara, and thanks to the services present in the very close Olbia (passenger port, airport, trade and entertainment) from which it is just 15 km away. The municipal territory is varied, from renowned beaches such as Cala Finanza and Porto Taverna, the marine protected area paradise for divers, to the hilly area right next to the sea, covered with Mediterranean scrub. It is in this hilly setting that the structure is located, surrounded by vegetation and, thanks to the slight elevation, with a spectacular sea view and the feeling of almost being able to brush against the island of Tavolara.

What we present is an accommodation structure consisting of:

Three two-room apartments
One one-room apartment
A three-room apartment with two bathrooms, separate kitchen and sea view veranda
A spa room, from which an additional two-room or three-room apartment can be obtained
The apartments have a private bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning.

The whole is located on Juniper Hill, on a plot of about 1,200 meters in which the buildings are alternated with green areas of Mediterranean scrub and relaxation corners. The buildings have been constructed with special attention to sustainability, recovery and energy saving, both through the use of environmentally sustainable materials and through the presence of different solutions, for example:

Radiant wall heating
Solar thermal with vacuum tube solar collector
Rainwater recovery system
Three water reservoirs totaling 20,000 liters
