Renting out my renovated and fully furnished 2-room apartment in Stuttgart Mitte (Olgaeck) from the beginning of April. The apartment was renovated in 2021 and was first occupied by me after renovation. Most of the furniture is new. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator and has a bedroom with box spring bed, a living room with Smart TV; sofa bed; office corner and access to a small balcony with a beautiful view of Stuttgart. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a small bathroom with shower and washing machine. WLAN and janitor service are included. Due to the size of the apartment, I am looking for a single person who will take good care of the apartment during the rental period. A fixed income or a parental guarantee is important to me. We can discuss the exact duration of the sublet.
