Old country house with plot of land and quiet location situated in a

rural area 25 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property had been

empty for many years now and requires renovations and good cleanup. It

is located on a quiet side street within the limits of the village.

The property consists of house with two floors, big barn made of stone

and timber and plot of land with area of 1120 square meters, most of

which is surrounded by solid stone fence. The main building has two

floors and attic space. All house levels are connected via solid

internal staircase made of stone. The ground floor has three rooms and

corridor connecting them. In the past they served as storage, living

room and kitchen. Over the internal stairs you can go to the upper
