Located in a peaceful natural setting in the Costa Blanca interior, this project allows buyers to personalise their future home by choosing from different villa models, layouts, finishes and available plots.

Aspe is a traditional Spanish town surrounded by vineyards, mountains and Mediterranean countryside. It offers a relaxed lifestyle while providing all essential services, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, schools and sports facilities. The location is ideal for those seeking privacy and space without being far from Alicante and the coast.

Flexible Villa Designs to Suit Your Lifestyle
Choose from a selection of contemporary villa models with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. Depending on the chosen design, the properties can be distributed over one or two floors, with some models also offering a closed garage.

Built areas range from approximately 140 m2 to 280 m2, allowing buyers to select a home that best suits their lifestyle, family requirements and budget. Each villa is built on a rustic or urban plot located in the surroundings of Aspe or nearby towns, offering generous outdoor space and open views of the natural landscape.

Private Pool and High Quality Specifications
Every villa is designed to combine modern architecture, comfort and efficient living. The standard specifications include a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, fully fitted kitchen with appliances and fully installed ducted air conditioning.

Additional features include an aerothermal system for domestic hot water, reinforced entrance door and fully equipped bathrooms with vanity units and shower screens. The outdoor areas are carefully finished with paved terraces, a pool area, perimeter pathways and a motorised vehicle entrance.

A Personalised Building Process
Several plots are available in different locations around Aspe and neighbouring towns, allowing buyers to choose the environment that best suits their preferences. The advertised price is based on a plot valued at 94,000 euros. If a different plot is selected, the final price will be adjusted accordingly.

The villas are developed through a self build system, with payments made in stages as construction progresses. The developer manages the complete administrative and building process, including architectural services, building licences and all necessary paperwork. Buyers can also visit previously completed villas to experience the construction quality and finishes.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 months from the granting of the building licence.
