No liability of the landlord. The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden with a fence. Here you will find privacy in the greenery. There is a beer bench, hammock and barbecue. Parking at the house for small vehicles. Big ones park underneath the house at the parking lot.Here one find also the garbage bins.
