This office space is divided by a partition wall into two smaller offices, which can also be rented as independent units. In that case, the monthly rents are as follows:

- €1,100 + VAT for the office measuring 26m2
The tenant has the option to rent parking spaces, at a monthly rental price of €140 + VAT per parking space.
