It is a 10/12 minute stroll down hill or a 2 minute drive into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants
and a 2 minute drive into the neighboring town of Sabinillas which has supermarkets, markets and many bars. If on foot
it can be 20 minute walk back up hill or less then 10 Euro in a Taxi.

Puerto de la Duquesa is a pretty international marina which stands between 2 blue flag beaches and bordering Duquesa
is the larger village of San Luis De Sabinillas, which has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one
of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches,
that run as far as the eye can see.

For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within 10/15 minutes driving distance from
the complex.

Europes biggest swimming pool, Alcazaba Lagoon, 10 minutes with car.

Malaga Airport is a 55 minute drive away and Gibraltar is a 25 minute drive away. Upmarket towns of Sotogrande, Puerto
Banus & Marbella all close by.
