The villa is designed on three levels:
On the semi-basement level, we find a garage for two vehicles, a storage room, a utility room, a toilet, a laundry room, a gym, and an interior staircase leading to the ground floor.
The ground floor comprises an open-plan living and dining room and a fully equipped, modern open-plan kitchen, connected to a fantastic outdoor terrace with a swimming pool, barbecue, and an outdoor bathroom. This floor also includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
