We offer upper part of our new build house in Prague 10, close to metro station Skalka. We live in ground floor, but our place is separated from upper part of house, so you would have your privacy. Entrance door to the house are the same, but we have our own entrance from the hall and you would go upstairs. We offer one room around 15m2 with basic furniture like wardrobe, table, chair etc and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. This place is available for 1 or 2 persons. Kitchen is on the same floor shared with another room like this one. Kitchen is equiped with all the basic stuff like pans, plates, glass, kettle, cooker, microwave owen, hot watter, dishwasher, table and small chairs. Heating and hot watter is electrical. It is about 20 minutes from Venceslav square. So - to Skalka by metro line A and you can walk or take bus to station Plošná then (two bus stations or about 5 minutes by walk).
