Today we begin the visit to this beautiful apartment in the center of Scicli starting from the solar paving from which you can enjoy the city from above and sunbathe you in the privacy of your new home. A laundry room on the high floor, next to the panoramic terrace we have just visited, it allows you to easily extend the laundry outside and at the same time have a structured space convenient for washing and keeping the dirty laundry or seasonal changes. We go down to the second of the three floors of this building to visit the apartment which is about 100 square meters commercial, therefore suitable both as a holiday home or for living all year round or even to make income. From a cozy entrance that clearly divides the living area from that night, we go to visit the living area a single large environment of over 30 square meters, to which are connected the kitchen and a practical storage room, which overlooks the balcony where the boiler is located. A bathroom with windowed tub with first bathtub and one with shower mark the passage to the sleeping area bordered by a bleached oak door where we find the two bedrooms, one double and one single. A detail that I very much liked and that denotes the attention being renovated, is the choice of the plates of the current switches in different nuances in each room, in blue in the sleeping area with a call back to the shelves of equal color in the single room and the large colored wall in the double bedroom. In the bathrooms the choice has fallen over the water green like the accessories and shades of the tiles. I'm in red Valentino instead in the kitchenette such as the stove and the large wall of the living area that contrasts with a wall with relief decoration in the shades of beige grey. Mosquito nets in the windows and a air conditioning system make this apartment particularly comfortable where, once you have the keys, you can immediately transfer.
